About Our Class

 

Thank you for your interest in my only cooking class deliver the knowledge to you in different way than other cooking class in the Thailand.

9:00AM  Class introduction, following with breakfast at market. Then learn about Ingredients for 2 hours.

After learning the ingredients you will have to select ingredients to be used in the class, seasonal fruit. You will also have your own cooking station. My class is all about understanding Thai ingredients, how to cut them and when to add ingredients. Please planning you trip well as my class are fully informative. It’s taken all day to learn secret of Thai kitchen.

I would love to share my knowledge to all of you who’s interested in our proud cuisine. 

12:30 PM. We will go back to my home to prepare and cook lunch till 4PM. We will have a break for 2 hours

6:00 PM.  Continue cooking and prepare dinner in the evening.

9:00 PM.  You can invite a friend one each for dinner

My class will suit everyone, vegetarian or non-vegetarian.

During my class you will learn how to cook Thai dishes in your kitchen. In this one day course you will learn how to make all curry pastes, all curry dishes, all stir-fry dishes and 4 soups. Learn how to use substitution so you still can make the dish at home when you can’t find the ingredients.( but still have authentic taste of Thai.)

Basically it’s not just cooking,  but more detail, information, explanation and experiment. And it's all hands-on cutting, preparation and cooking by you. I will just give you demonstrations and guide you all the way.

The course will cost 1,300B per person, Payment on the day of register.
